The Yamaha Neo YCR-8335II is a professional cornet with an enriched sound and breadth of tone that provides a high level of expressiveness. Gold brass is used in key parts of the instrument to facilitate a rich, flexible, and responsive sound especially in the high register. Gold brass is used in the main tuning slide, connecting tube, and its one piece drown leadpipe which lends to excellent intonation, response, and the ideal amount of resistance. The YCR-8335II Neo cornet also features the following:
