Vandoren V16 Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece
The Vandoren V16 Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece was inspired by the jazz greats from the fifties to today. Self proclaimed as the new jazz standard, the V16 mouthpiece is characterized as being very free blowing and having great projection. It is recommended that Vandoren JAVA, V16, or ZZ reeds be used with the V16 mouthpiece for an ideal sound.
The newly redesigned S+ chamber offers a richer depth of sound. It also is able to accommodate more air giving the player more flexibility and a wider array of colors.
The M or medium chamber is warm and expressive and is ideal for section playing
